Ralf Henze
born in 1958, is German. As a child he visited a British school in Hong Kong, later he worked many years on German ships, so beside German he also teaches in English. This job he is already doing since four years, before this he gave classes on computers for 8 years. His third language that he speaks is Portuguese.
As he is engineer he also offers classes in technical German.
On this site you get into direct contact with the teacher, talk with him/her about the price, the way of payment, and the scedule. You pay the teacher directly, the portal learning-anywhere.com only offers the contacts. For payments we suggest to use paypal.
For the classes you need
a computer with headset or speakers and microphone
a Skype account (link for downloading and after installing you can create your account). Calls from Skype to Skype are free.
internet access with ADSL or UMTS/3G with a minimum speed of 1000 kbit = 1 Mbit
and finally the book for the classes.
The teacher
has the same equipment, only that he/she also has the book and the cd digital on the computer to work together with you. During the classes you will see a part of the screen of the teacher´s computer.
If you have complaints about a teacher please contact us (contact form) and we try to clear the problem. As we want to offer quality, we will might quit the contract with a teacher, if there are many complaints.

To begin the classes, the teacher starts the transfer of a part of the screen of his computer showing a page of the book. The student can see this on his screen. Instead of writing on a board, the teacher writes his explanations on the page of the book, or for bigger explanations he uses a white sheet. So there´s no difference to the classes as scool. To listen to the classes on the cd, the teacher starts a media player and both listen the piece together.
